Return and Refund Policy

At Always In Motion, we are committed to delivering high-quality sunglasses that combine performance, style, and durability. While we’re confident that you’ll love your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our return process is designed to be as simple and hassle-free as possible.


Returns

We accept returns on most sunglasses within 14 days of receiving your order. This applies to all regions unless otherwise specified.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The sunglasses must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store, but we may deduct from your refund if there are signs of use beyond this.

- The sunglasses must be returned with all original packaging, including the case.

- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).


Return Shipping & Locations

Returns must be sent to our UK location. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs charges.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email info@alwaysinmotion.co.uk with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the correct return address based on your location.

For a smooth process, please:

- Ship the return with a tracking number to ensure it reaches us.

- Keep your proof of shipment until your refund is processed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned sunglasses, we will process your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Important Notes:

- If you are returning your item within 14 days under your statutory right to cancel.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

- Refunds will only be processed after we receive the returned item (allow extra time for international returns).

- A £3 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers the cost of checking in and re-packaging returned goods.

If your refund is delayed:

- Check your bank or payment provider.

- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

- Email us at info@alwaysinmotion.co.uk if the issue persists.


Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different color, simply return your sunglasses for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive sunglasses that are damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

- Your order number.

We will provide a return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after reviewing your case. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence or for the item to be returned before issuing a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

- Sunglasses that have been worn, scratched, or damaged—unless they are faulty.

- Sale or clearance items (final sale; no refunds or exchanges unless faulty).
