At Always In Motion, we are committed to delivering high-quality sunglasses that combine performance, style, and durability. While we are confident that you will love your new purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we aim to make the return process as simple and hassle-free as possible.
Returns
We accept returns on most sunglasses within 14 days of your purchase date. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the sunglasses for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
- The sunglasses are unused, unworn, and in their original condition (no scratches, damage, or wear).
- The sunglasses are returned with all original packaging, including the case.
- You have the original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please reach out to our customer support team at info@alwaysinmotion.co.uk. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We also welcome any feedback that can help us improve.
Please note that return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the returned sunglasses, we will proceed with either a refund or replacement, based on your preference.
For a smooth return process, please ensure you provide proof of return shipment, including a tracking number, to ensure prompt processing of your return.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned sunglasses, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the sunglasses were damaged or defective upon arrival.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your sunglasses for a different colour, please contact us at info@alwaysinmotion.co.uk. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and the item must meet the same return conditions (unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging).
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Sunglasses that have been worn, scratched, or damaged.
- Sale or clearance items, which are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive sunglasses that are damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, along with your order number, and we will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Double-check your bank account or payment method for the refund.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take additional time for them to process the refund.
