Shipping Policy

At Always In Motion, we aim to deliver your sunglasses quickly and securely so you can enjoy your purchase as soon as possible. Below, we’ve outlined the shipping rates, delivery times, and other important shipping details.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery destination of your order. 


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes vary by location and will be displayed at checkout. Typical delivery times after dispatch are:

UK: 1–4 business days

Europe: 5–7 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 7–10 business days

USA & Canada: 7–10 business days

Asia, Middle East, and Africa: 7–12 business days

Please note that unforeseen factors such as weather, customs processing or carrier delays may impact delivery times. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor its journey. 


Order Processing and Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders placed Monday to Friday before 2PM (UK time) on the same day. Orders placed after 2PM will be shipped the next working day.

On Fridays, any orders placed after 2PM will be shipped on Sunday.

On Sundays, orders placed before 11AM (UK time) may be dispatched the same day, depending on courier collection times.

We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays.

During peak periods such as sales or holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.


Order Changes

If looking to edit your order (address, name or product) please email at your earliest convenience. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in the dispatch process.


Canceling Your Order

We aim to dispatch orders quickly. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us within 2 hours of placing it. Email us at info@alwaysinmotion.co.uk.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellations once your order has entered the dispatch process.


Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

For orders outside of UK, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. 

US Orders: All orders shipped to the United States are now subject to import taxes, duties, and fees, regardless of order value. These charges will be displayed at checkout as a separate line item. This change is due to the removal of the De Minimis threshold on 28th August 2025. Customers are responsible for these charges, and Always In Motion is not liable for any customs fees or delays.

To avoid delays, we recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
