4.1 Order Acceptance and Cancellation
When you place an order on the Site, you are offering to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion, and we will notify you if we decide to reject an order. In the event of a rejection, you will receive a full refund for any amounts paid.

4.2 Pricing
All prices on the Site are listed in GBP for UK customers and EUR for European customers. All prices displayed for UK customers are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Our VAT registration number is GB513544413. International orders are not subject to UK VAT. If a pricing error is identified after you have placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to either confirm or cancel the order at the correct price.

We accept payments via Mastercard and PayPal. By submitting your payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all information you provide is accurate.

We ship to the UK, Australia, and Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided during checkout. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or postal strikes.

5.2 Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delayed or misdelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

5.3 Customs and Import Duties (for international orders)
For international orders, including Europe, you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional fees, which are your responsibility. Please be aware of any potential import taxes or customs charges before placing an order.

Australia:
No customs duties are applicable to Australian customers as we have stock in our Australian warehouse.

6.1 UK Returns
Under UK law, consumers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period during which they may return products for a full refund if the item is unused and in its original condition. This does not apply to custom-made products or items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

6.2 International Returns
If you are located outside the UK, you may still be eligible for a return under the terms of our policy, but you will be responsible for covering return shipping costs. If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or full refund.

  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, including any cases, accessories, and tags.
