We accept returns on most sunglasses within 14 days of receiving your order. This applies to all regions unless otherwise specified.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The sunglasses must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store, but we may deduct from your refund if there are signs of use beyond this.
- The sunglasses must be returned with all original packaging, including the case.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs charges.
A £3 handling fee will be deducted from your return. Shipping costs are not refunded. This covers the cost of checking in and re-packaging returned goods.
