What sizes do you offer and how do they fit?

They come in one size and fit most face shapes comfortably.

What makes AIM Sunnies different?

Will they work with prescription lenses?

Not yet — AIM Sunnies don’t support prescription lenses right now, but it’s on our radar.

How long will delivery take?

UK: 24-Hour Tracked (next working day once fulfilled, up to 2 days). 48-Hour Tracked (2–3 working days).

Europe: Up to 1 week, depending on customs and location.
Australia: 7–10 business days
USA & Canada: 7–10 business days
Everywhere else: 7–12 business days

All orders are sent a tracking number via email once shipped.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

UK orders: No customs fees.
Australia & New Zealand: No customs fees.
US orders: Any duties will be collected at checkout.
EU orders: Import VAT and duties may apply and are payable on delivery.
Other regions: Local customs duties and taxes may apply, payable on delivery.

Do you ship to my country?

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and selected service.

Can I cancel my order?

We aim to dispatch orders quickly. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us within 2 hours of placing it. Email us at info@alwaysinmotion.co.uk.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellations once your order has entered the dispatch process.

Can I Update My Shipping Address After Placing An Order?

If you spot an error, contact us immediately: info@alwaysinmotion.co.uk with your order number. We’ll try to update your address, but changes can’t be guaranteed once the order is in process. If a mis-delivery occurs due to an incorrect address, you may be liable to cover shipping to reship this.

RETURNS

Can I return my order?

We accept returns on most sunglasses within 14 days of receiving your order. This applies to all regions unless otherwise specified.
 

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The sunglasses must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store, but we may deduct from your refund if there are signs of use beyond this.

- The sunglasses must be returned with all original packaging, including the case.

- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

- Customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs charges.

A £3 handling fee will be deducted from your return. Shipping costs are not refunded. This covers the cost of checking in and re-packaging returned goods.

Can I exchange for a different style?

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different color, simply return your sunglasses for a refund and place a new order.

Is there a return fee?

I recieved a damaged product or wrong item. What now?

If you receive sunglasses that are damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@alwaysinmotion.co.uk  within 7 days of receiving your order with:
 

- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

- Your order number.
 

We will provide a return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after reviewing your case. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence or for the item to be returned before issuing a refund.

After I recieve my item, what if I change my mind?

Use our 14-day hassle-free returns. Simple as that.
